Data & Privacy Rights

Access, export, or delete your Glass Shoe data — including deleting your account and withdrawing biometric (foot-scan) consent.

Fastest option — do it in the app. Open Glass Shoe and go to Profile → Privacy & data. There you can instantly:

  • Export my data (JSON) — download everything we hold about you.
  • Delete my data — erase your scans, sizes, and preferences.
  • Delete my account — permanently remove your account and all its data.
  • Withdraw consent & delete my scans — revoke biometric consent; your stored foot measurements are deleted.

Request it from the web

No longer have the app installed, or prefer to request in writing? Submit the form below. We verify every request against your account email and respond within the time your law requires (up to 45 days for US state privacy requests). You can also email us directly at hello@glassshoe.app.

The email on your Glass Shoe account — we use it to verify the request.

What would you like to do? (required)

Optional — e.g. which data to correct, or your state of residence.

What happens next

  • Verification. We confirm the request came from the account owner using your account email.
  • Deletion. Deleting your data or account removes your sign-in, foot scans, sizes, saved shoes, and preferences. Withdrawing biometric consent deletes your stored measurements. This can't be undone.
  • What we may keep. Order records are retained where tax and accounting law requires, and content already aggregated or de-identified (so it no longer identifies you) is not reversible.
  • Timing. We respond within the period your law requires — for US state privacy requests, within 45 days.
  • Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying "Appeal". If the appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General.

US state privacy rights

If your state has a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Virginia, and others), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them.

  • We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we don't sell or share, we don't offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link; where required, we honor the Global Privacy Control.
  • Your foot measurements are sensitive information used only to provide the fit services you request — never to identify you, never for advertising, and never sold or shared.

Biometric & consumer health data

Foot measurements may be treated as biometric information (e.g. Illinois BIPA, GDPR) and as consumer health data (e.g. Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370). We collect and process them only with your explicit, separate consent, solely to compute your fit, and we never sell them. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for full detail.
